Commercial models

Commercial models shaped around the project.

Two main routes, with clarity about what is defined and what is still to be explored.

Purchasing the installation

You buy the installation under an agreed contract. Equipment, design, installation and connection are defined in the proposal.

Where the scope is EPC, we are responsible for Engineering, Procurement and Construction — design, purchasing and building — to the agreed extent.

Long-term partnership models can be explored

One possible model is for a third party to finance the infrastructure, with terms for use of the site and supply of electricity set out in separate agreements.

Term, availability of financing, electricity price, ownership, maintenance and end-of-contract terms are agreed individually. Equipment leasing, land lease and power purchase agreements (PPA) are distinct arrangements, each explored separately.
